Our unique intensive reading course
The 2-day in-school OET intensive reading focus course is ideal for those who are having difficulty passing the reading sub-test in OET but are otherwise achieving acceptable scores. The course has 3 elements :
1) Day 1 in school : Introduction and overview, Reading A, Reading B. Each session will look at the types of text, how to approach the questions and will include ideas on developing vocabulary and reading skills.
2) Day 2 in school : Focus on Paper C, particularly the main skills needed at the C1 language level (recognising attitudes, opinions and being able to infer). Each session will look at ways of analysing the texts and the questions.
3) Post-course from home : Exam paper for you to do after the course for submission, marking and feedback - all included in the course fee
- Course hours : 10 hours over 2 days (5 hours/day)
- Lesson times : 09:00-15:15 on each day including breaks
- Optional self-study : 15:15-17:15 on each day
- Class size : 3-6 typically
- Class level : Upper-Intermediate / working toward OET "B" pass (please note - important)

OET Reading Focus Prices
The tuition fees include all course materials. We can provide homestay accommodation (which include half-board meals) at extra cost. If you prefer to find you own accommodation that is OK.
- Tuition Fees : GBP£175 including post-course exam submission
- If you need overnight accommodation we recommend the Premier Inn, Worcester City Centre
- Other accommodation options available - AirBnB etc
Full fees are payable before the course begins and can be paid by credit / debit card online or by bank transfer. Note that the OET exam fees are extra - currently AU$587 or approx GBP£350.
